We have a new range of fresh chilled fish that is prepared in our state of the art processing plant with a BRC global standards accreditation. Our fish is not purchased speculatively, stock is fully managed ensuring quality and freshness is always to the highest standard, prepared by a skilled, single foodservice team.

The new range of fresh fish offers:

The packaging is has fully computerised labelling that provides complete traceability, also we use a unique vacuum sealed packaging on all fresh fish. The unique vacuum sealed packaging is:
